To reserve your spot, fill out the Enrollment Form (link below) and provide payment in full of $215. Shot records are also required prior to the class beginning.

Payment options are in the terms and conditions section of the invoice that will be sent to you prior to registration.
Payment officially reserves your spot on a first come, first serve basis.
Spaces are limited to 4 dogs per class, and 2 humans per dog.
Dogs are required to have these vaccinations:
Distemper, Bordatella and Rabies (puppies 5 months and younger are not required to have rabies). Please send electronic version of shot records prior to class to info.petimpact@gmail.com. Shot records are required prior to the class beginning.
Dogs that are reactive or excessively bark will likely not be a good fit for group classes. If this is the case, we encourage you to go with private sessions.
